The monthly fees differ depending on the selected package. For the website only, license fees start at CHF 180 / EUR 170. For more detailed inquiries, we will be happy to provide an offer.

The stated prices include not only hosting but also costs for maintenance, plugins, further development. It is a fixed price, which guarantees that you will get everything you need and your website will run smoothly at all times. For the package including Marketing Automation, the license costs for the Marketing Automation solution are also included.

The implementation time depends strongly on the internal workload. It is best to ask specifically in the order form whether the desired implementation date is possible.

If you are interested in our Digital Fundraising Kit and our consulting services, please feel free to contact us via our form. We will be happy to review your request and subsequently send you an offer for the setup and monthly hosting. After signing the offer, we will send you a detailed briefing in which you can record all the requirements for your new website that are important to you. After the briefing is completed, we will review it and contact you regarding the estimated timeline. After that, we will start with the setup of your website and the selected add-ons (e.g. the necessary integrations to your donation page and your new email marketing tool). After the setup, you will receive the login details to the system and you can start filling your new website with content. Thanks to our helpful tutorial videos, you can familiarize yourself with the system on your own. We are also happy to offer personal training upon request. Once you are happy with the content of your website, you can contact us to coordinate the Go Live. After the Go Live, donations and optional emails will also run through your new website.

Technical foundation

The theme is wordpress based.

The theme of the digital Fundraising Kit is a getunik proprietary development, which we developed based on the needs of NPOs.

Yes, the site and all website elements are mobile optimized.

All languages from the Latin alphabet can be implemented. Support requests are currently answered in German or English.

No, the Digital Fundraising Kit does not exist as a plugin.

Up to 10 user profiles can be created per website.

Additional setup

Should you opt for a simple website setup, your hosting and system will be set up by getunik in a specified language and according to the requirements specified by you in the briefing. All elements requested are implemented in Responsive Design. The Go Live as well as the deployment management are coordinated by getunik. The basic setup also includes the provision of training videos for your team, which cover all relevant use cases of the new website and enable you to independently use and edit the CMS. To track the website behavior of your visitors, Google Analytics tracking based on your existing Google Analytics account will be integrated. Templates for important pages are already integrated in the system and you can easily adapt them as you wish. Not included is including the actual content into the website. This is the responsibility of the customer and can be booked optionally within the section Content Management and Consulting.

Should you also decide on an email marketing setup in addition to the website setup (see above), we will set up an ActiveCampaign account for you according to best practices and industry experience. This includes the setup in one language, the configuration of lists (e.g. newsletter) and fields (e.g. address data), as well as subscription and unsubscription processes of a list. We will create a form (e.g. for a newsletter subscription) and already integrate it into your new website. getunik also takes care of the configuration of all relevant users and their authorization and implements the tracking script to measure the movements on the website into the new website.

RaiseNow Donation Integration:
To submit your transaction data, we recommend the optional configuration and testing of RaiseNow connectivity via ActiveCampaign's Deep Data Integration API. This includes establishing the connection between the payment/checkout system and ActiveCampaign and configuring the data transfer between the two systems.

Abandoned Donation Automation:
Abandoned donation automation is an automated workflow that follows up on potentially failed donations. Up to 20% of all donation dropouts can be motivated to do another donation attempt. The workflow is configured by getunik and instructions for creating the email are included. The formulation of the email text is up to the organization.

Note: both products can only be used in combination with ActiveCampaign as an email marketing tool.

Do you need support in choosing your website fonts, colors, button shape and implementation of any existing CD / CI? We can help you to create the design according to your specifications or make you a design proposal that is tailored to your organization. In addition, we integrate important demo pages, such as a project page, overview page and the start page into the system, which you can copy as you wish and where you only fill in the content of the elements. We have already implemented the layout and page structure for you. The package also includes the configuration of your social media follow links and the creation of footers and header templates. We will also make a suggestion for the navigation.

The optional development and analysis of the content architecture can provide you with valuable tips and tricks for your search engine optimization before the relaunch of your new website. The content architecture describes the structure of the content of your website, for example in the form of images, texts or videos and has a significant influence on the dwell time of your website visitors. In this optional package getunik develops a content architecture based on your current website structure, analyzing the goals and experience values and comparing them with experience values of the industry.

If you have specific questions or prefer a personal introduction to the system, we will be happy to support you. In the training you will get a detailed introduction to the system and all important tools will be given to you so that you can use your new CMS independently. All trainings are recorded and you will receive a video incl. screenshare for reuse as a CMS manual.

If you don't have much experience in creating websites or if you want to draw on our expertise in the industry, the Content Management and Consulting package is for you. Any questions you might have about your new tools, or any general questions about website creation, online fundraising, or email automation, feel free to ask us. Our goal is to always empower our clients. Many organizations benefit from an initial collaborative design and strategy phase. The consulting package can be customized as needed and includes a contingent of 10 hours, which are billed on a time spent basis.

Personalization and design

The entire content can be customized. This includes headers, footers, menus and navigation. Each page can be assembled modularly and built completely individually. Colors, fonts and logos can be determined per website. Donation pages and widgets can be built individually and can be created as desired.

The structure of each existing element as well as the available individual elements cannot be customized.

If a more extensive website setup is desired, it is possible to extend the basic setup with additional elements.

The design settings can be adjusted via the backend. The html and CSS files of the theme are not editable/extendable.

All about donation forms

Currently, only the native RaiseNow forms (Tamaro) are integrated in the getunik Digital Fundraising Kit. We will launch an offering for Altruja customers later this year.

The Digital Fundraising Kit works exclusively with the Tamaro widget. If a form already exists, the setup is checked first. The existing form must then be adapted slightly if necessary so that it can be integrated.

We take care of the order, coordination with RaiseNow and presetting of the forms for you. So with the website you will receive an already configured donation widget, which you can personalize in our widget configurator.

The contractual details will be handled directly with RaiseNow, for this RaiseNow will contact you.

We developed the donation widget configurator specifically for our theme, so it does not exist as an independent plugin.

Our widget configurator is constantly updated and new features are added. Currently, the following can be personalized as desired without having to contact third parties:

- Donation purposes
- Amounts
- Pre-selected amount
- Payment intervals
- Show / hide "Cover Your Fees"
- Thank you page per widget

Depending on your needs and requirements, a RaiseNow Free or RaiseNow Growth package is best suited. Here you can find an overview of the possible packages.

Is this website something for my organization?

The digital Fundraising Kit is suitable for all organizations. The content elements can be filled with any content and accordingly any goals can be targeted.

Unfortunately, our setup cannot be integrated into existing systems. However, there is the possibility to set up a second website using only the fundraising features of the package. This can run parallel to the existing website and can be elaborated continuously.

The Digital Fundraising Kit is configured in a way that even Wordpress beginners can handle it. Our video tutorials for each feature also help you to familiarize yourself with the system more quickly.

For strategic or content-related questions about the structure of the site, we are happy to provide support. You can simply select the appropriate add-on in the order form.
